Even though we support all of the sustainability goals outlined by the UN, we have chosen to focus on a few where we have determined that we will have the greatest impact.
We at Agastya offer renewable energy substitutes to a wide variety of sectors and uses. By doing this, we help raise the proportion of renewable energy sources in overall energy consumption. At our first capital markets day, we unveiled our primary contribution to Goal 7, outlining our strategic ambitions to 1) capitalize on the industry’s rapid development by expanding our organizational capabilities to a large extent and 2) set an ambitious target cost of USD 1.5/kg of hydrogen produced, which will significantly lower total cost of ownership and, as a result, increase the applicability of our solutions.

Management mechanisms are in place at every Agastya location to protect the health and safety of our workers. By encouraging self-accountability and incident reporting, Agastya hopes to create a work environment free from dangerous incidents and injuries and to foster a culture of hazard identification and awareness. Zero occurrences are our QHSE goal, even for locations using Agastya equipment. Additionally, we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any type, and in the event that such a case arises, grievance procedures are in place.
